Hello and Happy Friday everyone! Today was a busy day, but students are finally adjusted to San Diego time 🙂

After our typical breakfast routine, we had a talkative English lesson! After homework review, students prepared for the future activities by practicing baseball and bowling vocabulary.

After some vocabulary review, students created new identities in order to practice meeting people and small talk! We had some interesting characters throughout the class!

Students have a lot of homework to do over the weekend, such as a journal entry about Old Town, vocabulary crossword, and talking to 5 Americans. I am glad I don’t have homework!

After practicing a lot of English in the morning, we all enjoyed delicious Korean BBQ! It felt like the meat never ended, but it was all very delicious 🙂

The food kept coming, and the students had a great chance to get to know each other! I heard a lot of students practicing the conversation skills they learned in class, and the American students had a great time getting to know the students.

After eating and eating and eating and eating, we all went bowling! Practicing the techniques they learned in class, students competed with each other.

We have some very good bowlers in this group! Lots of high fives and cheers for the students that got strikes. One day I hope to get a strike when I go bowling!

After a light dinner at 64 Degrees, we had a basketball tournament for our Night Activity! Tonight’s big winner was Team Chocolate. Congratulations Team Chocolate! But we still have a lot more, so any team could still win!

After the long wait, the student’s Tie Dye T-shirts are finally finished! I think they turned out great and colorful!! Our group makes a beautiful rainbow 🙂

All the students are doing a great job practicing their English with Ben and I, so we are very proud of all their progress so far. And I have had multiple American students ask me if they can join us for more activities, so everyone is having an awesome time!

Tomorrow is SeaWorld all day, so stay tuned for more smiles!

Have a good night and Thanks for reading 🙂
